Measure the rainfall at your location to save water by automatically reducing your program run times. This tipping spoon type rain sensor is accurate to 1mm of rain fall.
When your Heron controller is connected to a rain gauge you will be able to reduce programs’ run times by 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% based on the amount of rain that has fallen over the past 1 – 4 days.
Note: The rain sensor has no effect on manual valve starts.
