Terms and Conditions – Item Delivery and Freight Charges
Free standard shipping will apply to most orders over $250 (+gst). Orders below $250 e(+gst) will incur a small freight charge automatically calculated at checkout by value and delivery destination. Please note the free freight minimum must be in a single transaction to automatically apply.
Please note that heavy or oversized items are excluded from this offer, and buyers will be charged freight at cost-value. Items that this applies to includes:
- All pipe (including PVC, Lat and MDPE)
- Wire
- Aqua-Traxx
- Drip-Eze
- Drip-In
- Valve boxes
- Standard Golf Large Items
If required, Parkland reserves add additional items to this list. We will always seek purchase confirmation from buyers before shipping.
Click & Collect:
Click and collect is available with collection available from our Auckland and Christchurch showrooms.
Delivery Timeframe:
To ensure that your items reach you successfully, all deliveries are arranged through trusted third-party courier/shipping companies. Delivery times may vary depending on the goods ordered and the final delivery destination. Generally we expect delivery of your order within 2 to 5 business days. We will contact you immediately if we aren’t able to meet the normal delivery timeframe.
