Battery-operated controllers control 9Vdc latching solenoids. The control unit will send an electrical signal at the start of irrigation to open the solenoid valve and a signal at the end of irrigation to close the solenoid valve.

The controller is equipped with a sensor input for the connection of the rain sensor, 2 wired normally closed. Installation of the rain sensor prevents irrigation during rain events thus saving water.

FAQ's

Is it possible to connect the rain sensor?

Yes, the control unit is compatible with normally closed 2-wire sensors. Just connect the two wires of the rain sensor with the red wire of the control unit.

How can I turn a Start Time OFF?

Press the OFF key for 3 seconds and press the + key to confirm OFF

I just installed the controller but it's always working. Why?

Follow this procedure:

  • Close the water supply.
  • Remove the batteries for 30 seconds.
  • Insert the batteries again and wait 30 seconds.
  • Reopen the water supply and check that the system is not running.

What does the last data item on the screen mean and why can't I change it?

The last figure on the screen indicates the time left before the following irrigation. It can't be changed because it is calculated by the controller.

How can I turn one zone OFF?

Press the OFF key for 3 seconds and press the + key to confirm OFF.

How can I turn a program OFF?
